Sunday School Lesson for Sunday, November 3
Bible Story: Adam and Eve (Genesis 2:10–3:24)
Bible Verse: Your word is a lamp before my feet and a light for my journey. (Psalm 119:105)
Looking Ahead:
Generosity Month Project for Heifer International: Children’s Ministry will be collecting weekly offering during Sunday school over the next few Sundays for Heifer International. The children have set a goal to collect enough funds to donate several animals. Children are encouraged to do extra chores at home to earn money to donate.
Sunday, November 24: Children will sing for the talent show on Sunday, November 24. There is one service at 10:30 am followed by an all church dinner and talent show.
Children’s Christmas Program: Children’s Ministry will present The Amazing Story of Christmas on Sunday, December 8 during the 9:00 and 10:30 am services. A light snack will be served between services in the Children’s Ministry area. All children are invited to participate. Children under 1 year of age will need to be accompanied by a parent.
Important Dates to Remember:
- Sunday, November 17 and Sunday, November 24: Children will try on costumes during Sunday school.
- Sunday, December 1: Dress rehearsal after second service 11:30 am – 12:15 pm.
