Children’s Ministry Holiday Program · Sunday, December 3

Children, grades Preschool-4th, will be performing “The Animals Christmas” on Sunday, December 3rd during both services, 9:00 and 10:30 am. The program is a retelling of the Christmas story from the animals perspective. Plenty of cuteness guaranteed!

Costume fittings will be on Sunday, November 5th & 12th during Sunday School at both services. Children will practice on Tuesday, November 28th from 6:30-7:30 pm at Shawnee Community.

 

Birthday Celebrations in Children’s Ministry

Children are invited to celebrate their birthdays with their church friends on the Sunday closest to their birthday. On that Sunday we invite you to bring the number of food items for how old you are (for example, if you are turning 5, you would bring 5 food items) to donate to Shawnee Community Services. Your friends will sing Happy Birthday to you and we will take your picture with your food items to post next to our birthday chart. Celebrate your birthday by giving to others in need!
