Christmas Is Not Your Birthday Offering

Our 2018 Christmas Is Not Your Birthday offering recipient is Disciples Week of Compassion for hurricane relief in Texas, Florida, Puerto Rico, Haiti and the Dominican. Each year we select organizations or missions for our Christmas Is Not Your Birthday offering that are supporting our brothers and sisters here in our community and around the world.

Week of Compassion ensures that 100 percent of our gifts go to strong, sustainable and trustworthy partners on the ground in each of these locations as well as guiding volunteers to the same. Our goal is to raise $10,000 for our Christmas Is Not Your Birthday offering. 10 percent of the offering will stay here in Kansas City for the work of the Kansas City Region of the Disciples of Christ.
