It’s going to be a great day at Shawnee Community! Join us as we begin a new sermon series, Wholehearted. Have you ever felt not good enough, afraid of being vulnerable or that you aren’t worthy of being loved? How do we know and believe that we are loved, wanted and cherished by God no matter what? Join us over the next few Sundays as we explore these topics and learn to live wholeheartedly.  The sermon series is based on the book, The Gifts of Imperfection, by Dr. Brene Brown.

It’s also Backpack Blessing Sunday. All students are encouraged to bring their backpacks and receive a special backpack blessing for the new school year.
