Thanksgiving Mission Project
Normally this time of year we begin thinking about the wonderful Thanksgiving dinner at church, with all those delicious dishes provided by friends. We leave with our bellies full and smiles on our faces after eating and visiting with church family. It’s a great memory!
But this year the Children’s Ministry Committee decided on a goal of serving our community by providing a memory to 10 families from our area schools. Our goal is to provide a Thanksgiving meal for 10 local families, to put a smile on their face by celebrating Thanksgiving with their family and to create a wonderful memory.
Below is a link where you may sign up to help provide food for this mission. Sign up for as many slots as you choose to.
We will be collecting food at church on Nov. 7 and 14. Food will be delivered on Nov. 17.
The time is short! It’s time for us to be the hands and feet of God once again!
