It’s Not Too Late to Register for VBS!

To Mars and Beyond • June 6-9

Vacation Bible School for children preschool through fourth grade is June 6-9. Kids are invited to explore where God’s power can take them at To Mars and Beyond VBS!  They will enjoy an interactive, energizing, Bible-based good time through music, crafts, science, games and Bible stories. They will become Voyagers and discover how to serve God and God’s mission for their lives. This is a great opportunity to invite your kids friends or your grand kids to have a fun experience learning about God.

For our VBS mission this year, we will be collecting new or gently used books for all ages. Books will be given to Shawnee Community Services. Donations will be accepted beginning Sunday, May 5. A donation box will be set up near Connection Corner. Thank you for your support of this mission!

VBS Schedule

Thursday, June 6: 6-8:00 pm

Friday, June 7: 6-8:00 pm

Saturday, June 8: 9-11:00 am

Sunday, June 9: 9-11:30 am. Kids will sing songs they learned in VBS during first service, attend their centers between services and participate in closing during second service.

VBS Volunteers

Volunteers are needed to make VBS successful and great fun for our kids and community! VBS is four sessions of great fun meeting kids, learning Bible Stories, singing new songs, making fun crafts, experiencing amazing science experiments and playing fun games! Contact Patt Ludwick, director of family ministry, if you would like to volunteer.
