Join us for worship at 10:00 a.m., either in-person or streaming live on Facebook, as we continue our Advent sermon series, The Gift of Being Present. On Sunday, we will examine The Gift of Being Present: Being Present with Peace (Mark 1:1-8).
Life contains many chapters…some great, others not so great. Sometimes we find ourselves waiting for new beginnings, fresh starts, a clear path for whatever is next. It can be frustrating when the way ahead is not clear or obvious when we want it to be. The Good News, though, is that the Holy One is continually making a way for do-overs. In this we can find peace, even when life doesn’t feel so peaceful. Peace is a gift God gives us, a non-anxious presence for when we need it most.
